The Reasoning Tests are provided at:

  • Level 2 : A/AS Level or equivalent
  • Level 3 : Degree level or professional equivalent
  • Level 4 : Postgraduate level or professional equivalent

Memory and Attention Test Simulates one of the most important aspects of the workplace: the need to quickly memorize and retain information in order to apply rules or procedures in a timely and accurate manner. It is a multi-faceted test that generates a rich profile of performance as individuals respond to increasingly complex instructions and screens of information. The guys measured are:

  • Speedof Working -  The time taken to complete the test
  • Memory – The number of times the test-taker needs to check the relevant instructions
  • Accuracy – The number of questions (screens) completed correctly
  • Baseline Response – A control for fluency with the computer mouse and speed of responding

Decision Analysis Test Simulates real life situations by presenting increasingly complex and ambiguous information. It measures not only the accuracy of decision making but also the candidate's awareness of the ambiguity, which helps to identify their risk profile. For example, some people are supremely confident but make wrong decisions (potentially dangerous risk takers). Others make accurate judgments but are overly cautious.
