Psychometric tests are psychological tools implemented to measure aspects of person’s intellectual ability, achievement in various academic areas, disabilities, personality, interests, and motivations. They are successfully used  in educational, clinical, and occupational settings.

Affinity Consultancy was established by Bahrain based psychologist Dr. Aleksandra Jelonek-Turk .

The services include assessment within the educational, clinical, and occupational field. Tests are provided for measurement of ability and achievement, general intelligence, comprehensive assessment of dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.  

Additionally, various psychometric measures are used to aid further education and career guidance. The assessment helps clients to make informed decisions at the start of their career path or, in the case of a career change; it provides the client with more comprehensive view of their abilities, personality type, interests and values, which, in turn, helps them to make their choice of profession more suited to their abilities and personality type.  Ultimately this leads to a long and happy career in a profession not only in which they excel, but also one which will give them job satisfaction as well.
